The ambiance is breathtaking, surrounded by nature! The geothermal hot springs in the villa offer a unique relaxing experience.
The air conditioning in our room needed immediate attention. I expected better maintenance.

The dining at Jeff's Cellar was a culinary masterpiece, especially the Angus beef which was melt-in-your-mouth goodness. The friendly staff and serene environment made it the perfect romantic getaway. The hot springs were heavenly, boosting our relaxation vibes!
Everything was nearly perfect, though, a slightly disappointing vegetarian menu could use a remix. A few bugs tried to crash the party, but it was all part of the natural charm!

We spent 3 nights in a beautiful lake villa with a private hotspring that felt like pure luxury, and the breakfast spread blew us away! There’s a fantastic spa and a serene sauna to unwind in after a day of exploring. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but honestly, it didn’t take away from our amazing experience at all! 😊

A stunning location with lush greenery and hot springs makes this place an absolute retreat. The villa was immaculate and spacious, featuring a lovely plunge pool. Dining at Jeff's Cellar was truly unique, with exceptional food in a breathtaking limestone cave setting. Additionally, the spa treatments were top-notch, providing a rejuvenating experience. However, the location's flight cancellations during haze season can be a drawback, and the price may deter some visitors despite the quality offered.

I had an amazing time at the Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat. The private hot springs in the Lake Villa were perfect for unwinding. The surrounding nature created a peaceful vibe, allowing me to fully relax. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. they made my stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. I particularly loved the fresh juice section. One downside was the limited vegetarian options on the menu at Jeff's Cellar. I also encountered a few pesky bugs, but it's part of being in such a lush, natural environment. Overall, it’s a beautiful escape from the everyday hustle.

We stayed in a Lake Villa and thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs and beautiful waterfall nearby. The cozy atmosphere, luxurious private pool, and incredible dining at Pomelo made it feel like paradise for our family with two kids. The staff were genuinely friendly, making our experience even better.
For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available around the resort.
